IV. Product Functions and Features:

1、Mainframe

1.1 Adopts the most advanced and reliable mainframe structure, with imported fully digital AC servo speed control systems, motors, load sensors, and a fully digital design for the measurement and control system. It enables high-precision, wide-range measurement and triple closed-loop control. The imported digital AC servo motor and driver provide high control accuracy, good stability, smooth and reliable operation, fast response, and low noise. It includes full protection features such as overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, abnormal stop, and fault alarms. Parameters can be adjusted for different models and test types to ensure optimal servo system performance. The position control mode in the servo system eliminates zero drift and instability at low speeds caused by speed loops.

1.2 Utilizes precision ball screws and a precision reduction mechanism for smooth transmission, low noise, and zero backlash.

1.3 Equipped with upper and lower travel limit protection for the moving crossbeam to ensure equipment safety.

2、Measurement and Control System

2.1 Uses imported electronic components with a fully digital design;

2.2 Complies with PCI-E bus standards, enabling automatic computer recognition and installation for “plug-and-play” functionality;

2.3 Integrated dual-channel precision amplifier with digital zero adjustment;

2.4 The data acquisition system consists of 4 high-precision 24-bit A/D conversion channels, which are expandable without range shifting.

2.5 Supports three optical encoder inputs with a quadrature pulse frequency of up to 5 MHz, featuring error correction, direction identification, and counting functions;

2.6 The electronic measurement system eliminates analog components such as potentiometers, ensuring good stability and easy maintenance and replacement;

2.7 Built-in large-scale FPGA programmable devices provide high-speed computation and real-time processing.

3、Testing Software

The software offers multiple control modes, including constant force, constant displacement, constant deformation, and program control. During the test, it can display real-time test curves such as force-displacement, force-time, and force-deformation. The curves can be switched automatically for observation and comparison. The control and data processing fully comply with the national standards for metallic and non-metallic materials, automatically calculating common parameters such as tensile strength, yield strength, fracture strength, elastic modulus, and specified non-proportional extension strength (RP0.2).

3.1 Supports multiple force sensors and deformation sensors, allowing on-demand switching.

3.2 Provides professional, highly universal testing machine software with dozens of standard test methods for metallic and non-metallic materials. Customized standards or test methods can be added based on user requirements.

3.3 Features an open database structure, enabling users to modify or add custom projects and freely edit various report formats.

3.4 Tensontest uses modular design, dividing the software into several modules:
