The control software automatically calculates common parameters such as elastic modulus, yield strength, tensile strength, and fracture strength. It can compute force, stress, displacement, and deformation data at any specified point during testing. The system’s control and data processing capabilities comply with national standards for metal and non-metal materials.

2.1 Automatic Zeroing: The control system automatically resets upon receiving the test start command;

2.2 Automatic Range Switching: Automatically switches to the appropriate range based on the load size to ensure measurement accuracy;

2.3 Automatic Testing: Once the test settings are complete, the process executes automatically;

2.4 Batch Testing: For samples of the same specifications, a single setup enables automatic completion of batch tests;

2.5 Automatic Printing: Automatically prints test results upon test completion;

2.6 Real-Time Display: Displays testing force and peak force in real-time;

2.7 Limit Protection: Provides both program-controlled and mechanical limit protection;
