IV. Product Functions and Features:

1、Mainframe

1.1 Imported fully digital AC servo motor and servo driver: The system has high control accuracy, good stability, smooth and reliable operation, fast response, and low noise. It features comprehensive protection functions such as overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, abnormal stop, and fault alarms. Parameters can be adjusted according to different models and test types, ensuring the servo system operates in optimal condition. The servo system uses position control and the interface unit is digitized, overcoming zero drift and instability at low speeds caused by the speed loop.

1.2 Uses precision ball screw and precision reduction mechanism: Provides smooth, low-noise, and backlash-free transmission.

2、Measurement and Control System, Operating Software, and Data Processing System

High-precision data acquisition board (24-bit A/D data acquisition) enables fully digital adjustment, high-precision amplification, and precise control (embedded within the computer). The advanced chip integration technology and high-precision ±500,000 code acquisition card maximize the measurement accuracy of the sensor. The system is highly integrated, reliable, and user-friendly. The control software can automatically calculate conventional data such as elastic modulus, yield strength, tensile strength, and fracture strength. It can also automatically calculate force, stress, displacement, deformation, and other data at any specified point during the test.

2.1 Automatic Zeroing: The measurement system automatically zeroes after the test begins;

2.2 Automatic Shutdown: The moving crossbeam automatically stops after the specimen fractures;

2.4 Automatic Data Saving: Test data and conditions are saved automatically, preventing data loss caused by forgetting to save;

2.6 Automatic Control: Closed-loop control modes such as test speed, displacement, and strain can be selected based on test requirements;

2.7 Program Control: Users can customize multi-step control programs according to specific programming standards;

2.8 Automatic Saving: Test data and curves are automatically saved at the end of the test.;

2.9 Batch Testing: For specimens with the same parameters, a batch of tests can be completed sequentially after a one-time setup;

2.11 Curve Analysis: After the test is completed, users can analyze the curves and use the mouse to identify the data points corresponding to the test curve;

2.12 Curve Selection: Stress-strain, force-displacement, force-time, or displacement-time curves can be selected for display and printing as needed. The results clearly show the destruction process of the specimen under tension and provide data analysis for each point.

2.13 Local Curve Analysis: Any segment of the test curve can be magnified for detailed analysis.

2.14 Batch Processing: Multiple test data and curves can be compiled, compared, and displayed or printed.

2.15 Test Reports: Various report editing methods (Excel, Word, or advanced customization) are available. Users can edit report formats according to their needs;

2.16 Limit Protection: Includes both program-controlled and mechanical limit protection;

2.17 Overload Protection: The system automatically stops when the load exceeds 2%–10% of the rated value.;

2.18 LAN Connection: A reserved data interface enables direct connection to the testing laboratory’s comprehensive information management network.
