This system offers high control precision, excellent stability, smooth and reliable operation, fast response, low noise, and comprehensive protection functions, including overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, abnormal stop, and fault alarms. Parameters can be adjusted based on different machine models and test types, ensuring the servo system operates at optimal performance. By utilizing position control in the servo system and digitizing the interface unit, the system overcomes zero drift and low-speed instability caused by the speed loop.
