1、Mainframe

1.1 The product adopts a portal frame structure, featuring a compact and elegant design；

1.3 Equipped with an AC motor and servo driver, ensuring reliable and stable performance, with overcurrent and overvoltage protection devices；

2、Measurement and Control System, Operation Software, and Data Processing System:

The system features advanced chip integration technology, a professionally designed data acquisition amplification system, and control software, which provide high integration, stability, reliability, and user-friendly operation. The control software can automatically calculate conventional data such as elastic modulus, yield strength, tensile strength, and fracture strength. It can also compute force, stress, displacement, deformation, and other data at any specified point during the test. The computer control system complies with national standards for both metallic and non-metallic materials in terms of test process control and data processing.

2.1  Automatic Zeroing: The main control system automatically zeroes when the test start command is received；

2.2 Automatic Range Switching: Automatically switches to the appropriate range based on the load to ensure measurement accuracy；
