Ⅳ、 Product Features and Functions:

1、Mainframe

1.1 Equipped with imported full-digital AC servo motor and servo driver. This system offers high control accuracy, excellent stability, smooth and reliable operation, fast response, and low noise. It also includes comprehensive protection functions such as overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, abnormal shutdown, and fault alarms. Parameters can be adjusted according to different machine models and test types to ensure the servo system operates in its optimal state. By adopting the position control mode of the servo system, the interface unit is fully digitalized, eliminating zero drift and low-speed instability caused by the speed loop.

1.2 Utilizes a precision ball screw and precision reduction mechanism for transmission. The system ensures smooth operation, low noise, and zero backlash.

2、Measurement and Control System, Operating Software, and Data Processing System

The high-precision data acquisition board (24-bit A/D data acquisition) enables fully digital adjustments, high-accuracy amplification, and precise control (built into the computer). With advanced chip integration technology and a high-precision ±500,000-code acquisition card, the measurement accuracy of the sensor is maximized. It features high integration, stability, reliability, and ease of use. The control software can automatically calculate conventional data such as elastic modulus, yield strength, tensile strength, and fracture strength. It can also compute data results such as force, stress, displacement, and deformation at any specified point during the test.

2.1 Automatic Zeroing: The measurement system automatically zeros after the test begins.

2.2 Automatic Shutdown: The moving crosshead automatically stops after the sample breaks.

2.3 Automatic Saving: Test data and conditions are automatically saved to prevent data loss due to forgetting to save.

2.4 Automatic Control: Closed-loop control modes such as test speed, displacement, and strain can be selected based on test requirements.

2.5 Program Control: Users can customize multi-step control programs based on specific needs and programming standards.

2.6 Automatic Save: At the end of the test, test data and curves are automatically saved.

2.7 Batch Testing: For samples with the same parameters, a batch of tests can be completed sequentially after a single setup.

2.10 Curve Selection: Stress-strain, force-displacement, force-time, and displacement-time curves can be selected for display and printing. These curves provide clear insights into the sample’s failure process under tensile forces and analyze data at each point.

2.11Batch Processing: Multiple test data and curves can be aggregated, compared, displayed, and printed.

2.12 Test Report: Various report editing methods (Excel, Word, or advanced custom formats) allow users to design report layouts as needed.

2.14 Overload Protection: The system automatically stops when the load exceeds 2%–10% of the rated value.
