Ⅳ、Product Features and Functions:

1、Mainframe:

1.1The machine is equipped with an imported full-digital AC servo motor and servo driver. This system ensures high precision and stability, smooth and reliable operation, fast response, and low noise. It features comprehensive protection functions, including overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, abnormal stop, and fault alarms. Parameters can be adjusted based on the machine model and test type, optimizing the servo system’s performance. The system uses position control mode, and the interface unit is fully digitized, eliminating zero drift and low-speed instability caused by the speed loop.

1.2The transmission system utilizes a precision ball screw and high-precision reduction mechanism for smooth, low-noise operation without backlash.

2、Measurement and Control System, Operating Software, and Data Processing System:

The system includes a high-precision data acquisition board (24-bit A/D data acquisition) for fully digital adjustment, high-precision amplification, and accurate control (integrated within the computer). Advanced chip integration technology, paired with a high-precision ±1,000,000-code acquisition card, maximizes sensor measurement accuracy. The system is highly integrated, reliable, and user-friendly. The control software automatically calculates conventional data such as elastic modulus, yield strength, tensile strength, and fracture strength and computes force, stress, displacement, and deformation data at any specified point during the test.

2.1 Automatic Zeroing: The measurement system automatically zeroes when the test starts.;

2.2 Automatic Shutdown: The crosshead stops automatically after the sample breaks;

2.3 Automatic Calibration: The system can automatically calibrate the indicated value accuracy.;

2.4 Automatic Data Storage: Test data and conditions are saved automatically, preventing data loss due to oversight.;

2.5 Automatic Speed Adjustment: The crosshead movement speed can automatically change according to preset programs or be adjusted manually during testing.;

2.6 Automatic Control: The system offers closed-loop control modes for speed, displacement, and strain, depending on test requirements.;

2.7 Program Control: Users can customize multi-step control programs following specific programming rules;

2.8 Automatic Data Saving: Upon test completion, all test data and curves are automatically saved;

2.9 Batch Testing: For samples with identical parameters, a single setup allows sequential completion of a batch of tests;

2.10 Automatic Data Analysis: The system automatically analyzes test data according to relevant standards..

2.11 Curve Navigation: Post-test, users can analyze curves and retrieve data corresponding to specific points using the mouse.;

2.12Curve Selection: Users can display and print stress-strain, force-displacement, force-time, and displacement-time curves as needed. These curves clearly depict the sample’s failure process under tensile force and provide detailed data analysis for each point.

2.13Magnified Curve Analysis: Specific segments of test curves can be enlarged for detailed analysis.

2.14 Batch Processing: Multiple test data and curves can be summarized, compared, and displayed or printed.

2.15 Test Reports: Various report editing methods (Excel/Word/advanced custom formats) are available, allowing users to customize the report format as required.

2.16 Limit Protection: Reliable limit protection is included.;

2.17 Overload Protection: The machine automatically shuts down if the load exceeds 2%-10% of the rated value.
