Ⅰ、Main Functions:


The machine is designed specifically for relaxation testing of materials such as steel strands, galvanized steel wires, and notched steel wires. The main unit adopts a horizontal structure with adjustable working space through a lead screw. The transmission system is housed within the machine base, ensuring high rigidity for accurate test results. The PC enables closed-loop control for constant force and constant displacement modes, as well as program-controlled test procedures. Different control modes can be seamlessly switched without impact.

The computer can predict 1,000-hour test results based on data obtained within 100 or 200 hours or perform continuous 1,000-hour tests. Real-time test force and curves are displayed, and results, curves, and reports can be stored and printed. The machine complies with GB/T10120-2013 and GB/T5224-2014 standards.
