Ⅰ、Main Functions:


This machine is specifically designed for the relaxation testing of materials such as steel strands, galvanized steel wires, and notched steel wires. The mainframe adopts a horizontal structure with an adjustable working space through a screw rod. The transmission system is housed inside the base, ensuring high rigidity and accuracy of the test results.

The PC-based control system supports closed-loop control modes, such as constant test force and constant displacement, along with program control during testing. These control modes can seamlessly switch without impact. The computer can calculate 1,000-hour test results from data obtained within 100 or 200 hours, or perform continuous 1,000-hour tests. Real-time displays of test force and test curves, as well as storage and printing of test results, curves, and reports, are supported. The machine complies with GB/T 10120-2013 and GB/T 5224-2014 testing standards.

3.High Precision Transmission: Utilizes a servo motor with a specialized gearbox, ensuring high transmission precision and efficiency.

4.Power Outage Protection: Test data is retained during power outages, allowing the test to continue once power is restored.
