Overview of HBRVS-187.5D Digital Brinell-Rockwell-Vickers Hardness Tester (Electric Loading):
The HBRVS-187.5D digital Brinell-Rockwell-Vickers hardness tester boasts a novel appearance, comprehensive functions, convenient operation, clear and intuitive display, and stable performance. It is a high-tech product integrating optics, mechanics, and electronics. It can perform tests using three testing methods: Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers, meeting various hardness testing needs.
Product Features:
1. Equipped with an 8-inch touch screen and a high-speed ARM processor, it offers intuitive display, user-friendly interaction, and simple operation;
2. The machine body is made of high-quality cast iron, cast in one piece, and treated with automotive paint baking process, resulting in a rounded and beautiful appearance;
3. The measuring device utilizes a grating displacement sensor, which displays the results through a liquid crystal screen and can also display and set test scales, test forces, indenter types, holding times, conversion units, etc;
4. Equipped with Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers testing methods, and multi-level testing forces, it can meet various hardness testing requirements;
5. The electronic closed-loop control system applies test force, fully achieving automated operations of automatic loading, holding, and unloading of the test force;
6. The combination of high-definition measuring and observation objectives, coupled with a high-definition micrometer eyepiece equipped with a built-in length encoder, enables one-click measurement of the indentation diagonal, significantly reducing human operational interference and reading errors;
7. The built-in testing software can correct the hardness value of the machine;
8. Convenient control system, capable of automatically converting units for the full hardness scale;
9. Data can be output through the optional RS232 port.
Application scope:
1. Measure the Brinell, Vickers, and Rockwell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and cemented carbides;
2. Brinell hardness of castings, annealed steel, normalized steel, non-ferrous metals, and soft alloys;
3. Rockwell hardness of heat-treated materials such as quenching and tempering;
4. Vickers hardness of nitrided layers, ceramics, thin plates, metal foils, electroplated layers, and micro-parts.
