Ⅰ. Introduction to hardness tester
This hardness tester is a benchtop model, suitable for measuring the Brinell hardness of annealed and normalized workpieces, cast parts, non-ferrous metals, various softer components, or unquenched steel parts. It is applicable for use in metrology, metal metallurgy, chemical industry, machinery manufacturing, industrial sectors, and research institutions in universities and colleges.
The standards implemented by this machine are: GB/T231.2-2002 "Metallic Brinell Hardness Test - Part 2: Verification and Calibration of Hardness Testers" and "National Metrological Verification Regulation" JJG150-90.
Unique Features: This machine is a brand-new upgrade based on the old weight loading model - featuring electronic force application, LCD display, switchable between Chinese and English, low noise, stability and reliability, reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, and convenient operation.

Ⅲ. Testing and Experimentation
After the hardness tester is ready for installation, first connect the power supply and turn on the power switch. At this point, the display screen will show the main interface. Place the workpiece on the workbench and rotate the handwheel to raise the workpiece. When the sample comes into contact with the indenter and exerts a certain pressure, the hardness tester will automatically operate (or press the "Start" button after bringing the workpiece into contact with the indenter and applying an initial force).
After the test is completed, rotate the handwheel in the opposite direction, remove the test sample, and use the accompanying reading microscope to measure the indentation diameter on the surface of the test sample. Refer to Attached Table 2 for the hardness value of the test sample based on the measured result. Alternatively, you can use the WeChat mini-program "XiaoF Assistant" to directly display the result.
Ⅳ. Optional automatic measuring system: FHB2026 brand-new Brinell hardness handheld measuring system
The FHB2026 new Brinell hardness handheld measurement system primarily consists of a handheld camera and the latest Brinell hardness analysis software. The system captures images of Brinell hardness indentations through the camera, automatically identifies and measures the indentation diameter, and automatically calculates and directly displays the Brinell hardness value. It can replace the manual measurement method of using a reading microscope, calculating the average diameter, and obtaining the hardness value by referring to a table. The FHB2026 new Brinell hardness handheld measurement system provides brighter and clearer images, facilitates more convenient and rapid measurements, and yields more accurate and objective results.
The new Brinell hardness analysis software is a dynamically interactive product independently developed by our company. It boasts a simple and streamlined operation, offering a fresh approach to hardness testing. Compared to other software, we employ AI algorithms for testing functions, ensuring more precise capture of indentation images. In terms of the user interface, we have eliminated cumbersome operational procedures and rigid fixed templates, simplifying the entire testing process. The main interface features dynamic graphics, allowing users to enjoy the fun brought by dynamic graphics during the testing process.
