This testing machine is mainly used for determining the impact toughness of hard plastics (including plates, pipes, plastic profiles), reinforced nylon, fiberglass reinforced plastic, ceramics, cast stone, electrical insulating materials and other non-metallic materials. It is widely applied in the chemical industry, scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, quality inspection departments and so on.
This instrument is a simple-structured, easy-to-operate, and highly accurate impact testing machine. Please read this manual carefully before operation.
This instrument is equipped with a full-color touch screen. Input the size of the sample, and the impact strength and data will be calculated based on the automatically collected energy loss value. The machine is also equipped with a USB output port, allowing data to be directly exported via a USB flash drive. With the PC software provided by our company for USB flash drive import, you can edit and print the test report, etc.
A pendulum of known energy is used to strike a specimen supported as a horizontal beam. The specimen is broken by a single impact of the pendulum. The impact line is located exactly in the middle of the two supports. The energy absorbed by the specimen at the moment of failure is determined by the difference in energy of the pendulum before and after the impact. Then, the impact strength is calculated based on the original cross-sectional area of the specimen.
Unsurpassed quality that never varies. The instrument adopts high-hardness and high-precision bearings and uses shaftless photoelectric sensors, fundamentally eliminating the loss caused by friction and ensuring that the friction energy loss is far less than the standard requirements.
Intelligent Prompting.According to the impact situation, it intelligently prompts the working status and interacts with the experimenter in real time, ensuring the success rate of the experiment.
It complies with the requirements of standards such as ISO180, GB/T1843, GB/T2611, and JB/T 8761.
