Equipment Features:

 

1. 5 Axis profile machining center. 

2. It can be used for processing aluminium, steel and upvc profiles.

3. Online with ERP software, can realize scanning code and automatic processing. 

4. When the profile is clamped at one time, it can complete all the sawing, milling, drilling, tapping, thread drilling and notching at angle in all surfaces except bottom side. Avoid profile surface scratches and damages.

5. Adopts moving beam and moving column gantry frame structure, the movement is more stable, improves the machining rigidity of machine.

6. Adopts imported high-end CNC control system, Germany's Siemens or Italian OSAI.

7. Adopts high-quality imported servo motor, ball screw, linear guide, bearings and other components to ensure that the equipment has a high processing accuracy, high stability and reliability. The feeding movement is pre-stretched to ensure the stability of the machining accuracy.

8. Moving tool magazine assure short tool change time and improve production efficiency, one additional special 400mm saw blade . 

9. Adopts pneumatic clamping worktable to improve the loading and unloading speed. 

10. Two separate working zone to improve production efficiency.
