I、Equipment Purpose:

This series of tensile testing machines is suitable for tensile tests on materials such as rubber, plastics, textiles, waterproof materials, wires and cables, ropes, metal wires, metal rods, and scaffolding couplers. With additional fixtures, compression and bending tests can also be conducted. The machine features digital display of test force, continuously adjustable test speed, automatic stop upon sample fracture, and peak value retention.

II.、Overview:

The testing machine adopts a dual-screw portal frame structure with dual testing spaces: the upper space is for tensile testing, and the lower space is for compression testing. The control and display section is located on the right side of the main machine. The design is simple and user-friendly. (As shown in the figure below)

The testing machine uses an integrated structure of an AC servo motor and speed control system to drive a belt pulley reducer, which, after deceleration, drives the screw assembly for loading. The electrical components include a load measurement system and a displacement measurement system. All control parameters and measurement results can be displayed in real time on the LCD screen. The system can calculate parameters such as the tensile strength of the sample based on the measured values. It also features overload protection.
