The measurement and control system uses a high-precision digital servo valve with force closed-loop control functionality, capable of achieving constant load rate loading or constant stress rate loading. It offers high control accuracy and good reliability. The system uses a microcomputer for electronic measurement, automatically performs compressive strength tests, and automatically calculates and prints reports. It is widely used in the construction industry and testing organizations.
The hydraulic oil in the oil tank is driven by a motor and high-pressure pump into the oil circuit, flowing through the check valve, high-pressure oil filter, pressure differential valve group, and servo valve before entering the cylinder. The computer sends control signals to the servo valve, controlling the opening and direction of the servo valve, thus regulating the flow into the cylinder to achieve constant speed control of the test force.
