FX-41MW research grade metallographic microscope is equipped with a microscope host, high-definition camera device, and genuine metallographic image analysis software. It adopts a newly designed infinite distance optical system and can be widely used in research on casting, smelting, heat treatment, raw material inspection or material processing analysis, and other detection of inverted microscopes. This machine comprehensively covers various observation methods such as bright field, dark field, simple polarization, differential interference, etc., and is suitable for various research needs.

High Eye Point Large Field Flat Field Eyepiece

The eyepiece adopts a high eye point and large field of view flat field eyepiece, with a field of view of 22mm. Provides a wide and flat surface,

the observation space and rubber eye mask design are more friendly to people wearing glasses.

Infinite long-range light and dark field achromatic metallographic objective

The light and dark field objective lens can achieve light field, dark field, polarized light, and differential interference observation. Strictly select high transparent lenses and advanced coating technology can truly restore the natural color of the sample. The semi apochromatic technology has excellent color correction performance, improving the contrast and clarity of observed images.

New intelligent ECO system

The FMIA2026 version of metallographic image analysis software is developed by our company based on the current needs of casting enterprises, automotive parts enterprises, heat treatment enterprises, bearing steel industry, power system industry, railway parts industry, and various related testing companies for metallographic testing. In order to improve the product qualification rate and help improve the inspection level of various laboratories, we have collected the opinions of experts and teachers from various industries to develop a new set of metallographic image analysis software system.

The FMIA2026 version of metallographic image analysis software has undergone a brand new upgrade, covering a large number of metallographic detection standards both domestically and internationally. It integrates quantitative and qualitative analysis, and adds depth of field synthesis and image field of view stitching functions.
